The role of media in educating general public is very important. To deepen understanding to global environmental concerns chiefly through films from Asia and the Oceania regions, Global Environmental Forum has held the “EARTH VISION – Global Environmental Film Festival” since 1992.

Japanese Forum of Environmental Journalists

We also hold the secretariat of “Japanese Forum of Environmental Journalists” to offer the place of the research and the information exchange to the journalists interested in environmental problems, and to deepen the exchange with the journalists in other Asian countries.
