2R (Reduce and Reuse)

The idea of “2R” like the Reduce of waste (generation control) and Reuse(re-use) is important to build the recycling society. Global Environmental Forum is advancing the spread of “Reusable cup” in the soccer stadium and the event site as a symbolical activity from “Disposable” to “Reuse”.

More than 40 groups from all around Japan have joined together to form the “Reusable Eco-Foodware Network” established as a network organization of the group that tries for the reuse tableware to spread in 2005 from the whole of Japan.
